Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field required; minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management roles; strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage and motivate a team effectively; proficiency in budgeting and financial management; knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidays; must have ServSafe Certification;
