Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Raising Cane’s is a fast-food restaurant chain known for its focus on chicken fingers and sauce. The Restaurant Manager plays a key role in supporting the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, ensuring adherence to Raising Cane’s standards and culture in managing restaurant operations efficiently. This position involves working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and providing customer service both indoors and outdoors.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience; detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively; self-driven, flexible, and energetic with excellent communication skills; knowledge of staffing, scheduling, and cost management; proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new technology systems; ability to work various shifts, including weekends and travel occasionally; must be 18 years old or above
