Requirements: Education/Formal Training: More than two years of post high school education; Experience: Two to three full years of full employment in a related position with this company or other organization(s); Knowledge/Skills: Thorough knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures, supervision/management communication skills, ability to investigate and analyze information, occasional decision-making based on established policies, excellent comprehension for guest and associate matters, oral and written communication skills, knowledge of chemicals/agents for training purposes
