Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2-3 years of management experience in the retail, restaurant, grocery, or service industry with financial accountability; previous experience in high-volume retail management with P&L responsibility; ability to work flexible schedules including nights, days, weekends, and holidays; strong team leadership, customer service, integrity, and accountability skills
