Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Benihana, a teppanyaki-style restaurant, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining high food quality standards, enforcing safety regulations, and optimizing financial performance while upholding company policies and procedures.
Requirements: One to three years of management-level hospitality and/or restaurant work experience required; High School Diploma or GED Equivalent preferred; Proficiency in food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports; Previous experience in a teppanyaki-style restaurant preferred; Knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel); Must possess a valid driver’s license where applicable; Must be eligible to work in the United States; Must agree to a background check; ServSafe certified alcohol service certified preferred
