Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Twin Peaks, a high-volume restaurant and bar known for providing best-in-class service, hospitality, food, and beverages to every guest, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead the team in maintaining a profitable store environment. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing operations, implementing local store marketing strategies, ensuring compliance with policies, and upholding high standards of cleanliness and service excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
Requirements: Must have leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars. Ability to effectively communicate in English, with Spanish communication skills being extremely helpful. Strong reasoning ability to handle various situations and mathematical computations. Completion of required training programs, including the Twin Peaks manager training program and any other certifications mandated by local and state regulations.
