Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Wendy’s is seeking a Manager to provide leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact the business. The Manager will drive guest service, training and development, sales & profit growth, and accountability across the entire restaurant team, creating and sustaining a fun, inviting work environment while embodying Wendy’s core values.
Requirements: Minimum of 1 year experience as a Restaurant Manager (fast food or quick casual, high-volume restaurants preferred); Have reliable transportation and can commute to/from work on time; Able to work approximately a 50-hour work week, rotating shifts that include days, nights, weekends, and holidays; Can commute up to 25-30 miles each way to/from work location; Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; Self-motivation; Independence, initiative, and desire to achieve; Genuine passion for teamwork; Ability to provide guests with a friendly atmosphere and excellent dining experience; Engages, connects, and builds relationships with guests and staff; Creative ability to work with the community and build sales; 18 years of age; Authorized to work in the USA
