Requirements: 1+ years of restaurant experience in a high volume, excellence-driven environment; love for interacting with guests and creating exceptional experiences; excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industry; drive to meet or exceed standards of operational excellence; outstanding written and verbal communication skills; experience in restaurant scheduling, inventory, and purchasing; ability to work full-time (48-55 hours a week); proficiency in conflict resolution and special event execution; preferred knowledge in wine, beer, and spirits; food safety knowledge; experience with POS systems; expertise in recruiting, staff education, and motivation
Benefits: $60,000-70,000 salary, Monthly Bonus Program!
