Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years previous full-service restaurant management experience; strong knowledge of menu items, including food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with a focus on Italian wine; ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment; excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
