Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Twin Peaks, a popular restaurant chain known for its scenic views and lively atmosphere, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service for all guests. The Manager will be responsible for directing and leading the store team to maintain high standards in service, hospitality, and quality, while also managing costs and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales.
Requirements: Must have leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars; ability to effectively communicate in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous; ability to apply common sense in decision-making and handle complex situations with ease; attend and complete company’s manager training program and other required certifications as per local and state regulations
