Requirements: College degree or equivalent experience in operations; 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry; ability to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions; general knowledge of state and federal employment laws; must be at least 18 years of age; valid driver’s license required; ServSafe certification; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for prolonged periods; strong leadership, multitasking, and customer service skills
