Requirements: 3+ years experience as a floor manager in high-volume restaurants (200-300 covers); passion for food and community engagement; ability to manage staff development and achieve P&L goals; strong problem-solving and communication skills; experience in recruitment, finance, and restaurant operations; flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
