Position: Restaurant Manager job

Requirements: 3+ years of experience as a floor manager in high-volume restaurants (200-300 covers); Passion for food and community engagement; Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and guest experience; Ability to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations and achieve financial objectives; Schedule flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays averaging 55-60 hours per week
