Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Red Lobster, a renowned restaurant chain, is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant operations with a focus on delivering high-quality seafood and beverage service while ensuring maximum guest satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and motivating the team to excel in providing exceptional dining experiences at Red Lobster locations nationwide.
Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age; 1+ years of management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business required; 2+ years of casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred; ServSafe, local and state certifications, or the ability to obtain required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
