Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Blue Ribbon Restaurants, LLC, a franchisee of Famous Dave’s of America, is looking to add a Famous Manager to our Detroit market. Our franchise group includes multiple locations in the Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, and Washington, D.C. metro areas. We are seeking energetic, fun-loving, enthusiastic individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences at Famous Dave’s, known for its authentic BBQ offerings.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 3 years’ experience managing in a high volume, full-service, casual dining environment; proven leadership skills; ability to oversee and direct all aspects of restaurant operations; commitment to maintaining high food quality standards; passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
