Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Earth at Hidden Pond in Kennebunkport is seeking a Restaurant Manager to join the team. Earth at Hidden Pond offers dinner service from 5-9pm daily, year-round. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3+ years’ food & beverage experience at a high-end full-service restaurant; 1+ year food & beverage leadership experience; strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; ability to work flexible hours including weekends; knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage management, cash handling; natural leadership qualities with a team-focused attitude
