Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager at Home Team BBQ ensures the daily activities run smoothly and efficiently, acting as the second in command with a focus on the service aspect of the business. They also assist in overseeing all functions of the restaurant operation, maintaining hospitality and service standards, managing staff, and contributing to research and purchasing decisions.
Requirements: High school diploma; 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager within a fast-casual or a la carte restaurant; familiarity with restaurant management software (e.g., Toast); strong math and reporting skills; customer service attitude; strong communication and team management abilities; availability to work open hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
