Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in restaurant management; expertise in beverage management, kitchen operations, human resources, and front desk operations; ability to maintain high cleanliness and sanitation standards; strong financial acumen; excellent communication and leadership skills; above average knowledge of wine, food, and spirits; integrity, honesty, accountability, and passion for hospitality; attention to detail and commitment to excellence; willingness to undergo drug testing, background, and credit checks
