Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; previous fine dining room experience preferred; three years of supervisory experience, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant; strong communication, customer service, team building, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure; physical stamina and emotional intelligence to manage and lead a diverse team; passion, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to success
