Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus; minimum 2-3 years of restaurant experience; ability to read and write English, follow and assign verbal and written instructions, and use math; training in all aspects of restaurant operations including waiting tables, prep work, and kitchen tasks; thorough knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures; ability to speak Spanish a plus
