Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: This position is for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Del Taco LLC. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for protecting and delivering the Del Taco Brand, growing sales, and maximizing restaurant efficiency and profitability by leading the Del Taco Way under the supervision of the Area Director.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years experience in the QSR industry/full service concept; ServSafe Certified; fluent in English, Spanish is a plus; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and math skills; ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision; proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
