Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: This role is for a Restaurant Manager at a Wendy’s restaurant. The Restaurant Manager will support the General Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, maximize profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction. They will lead, train, and develop the team while adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Requirements: College degree or equivalent experience in operations; 1 year of line operations experience in the restaurant industry; must be at least 18 years of age; ability to become knowledgeable in Wendy’s systems and training programs; valid driver’s license; ability to stand for long periods, meet physical requirements of subordinate positions, work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain composure; ServSafe certification required
