Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Restaurant Manager ensures daily activities run smoothly and efficiently as the second in command with the service aspect of the business. They also assist with overseeing the functions of the restaurant operation, including maintaining Home Team BBQ hospitality and service standards, hiring/terminating staff, and assisting with research and purchasing of goods.
Requirements: High school diploma; additional certification in Hospitality or Restaurant Management is a plus. 5+ years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager within a fast-casual, a la carte restaurant. Familiarity with restaurant management software (Toast). Strong math and reporting skills. Customer service attitude. Strong communication skills and team management abilities are a must. Availability to work within open hours (e.g. evenings, weekends, holidays).
