Position: Restaurant Manager job

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or equivalent fine dining experience; 6-8 years in upscale fine dining, with at least 2 years in a management role; Proven ability to hire, develop, and inspire a team; Ability to plan and execute special events; Experience in managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and handling cash reconciliation; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and reservation systems; Uphold high standards of ethics and professionalism.
