Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills; excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including industry trends and customer preferences; strong business acumen with a focus on driving revenue and profitability while maintaining cost control measures; interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors; ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner; flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as needed
