Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Responsible for leading department-level restaurant operations at Bahama Breeze, a Caribbean-themed restaurant chain under the Darden Family of Restaurants, known for providing a Caribbean escape to guests through a fun and vibrant atmosphere.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; current, salaried management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant preferred; strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service; proven ability to lead and develop teams; knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution; stable job history demonstrating upward career and salary progression
