Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Hooters of America LLC, an iconic concept with over 450 restaurants worldwide, is seeking a Restaurant Manager for Hooters of Augusta. This position involves managing various aspects of the restaurant operation, ensuring guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, and atmosphere, and upholding company standards and policies. The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in overseeing business administration, promoting the business, building sales, and maintaining brand integrity in line with the company’s core values.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED; 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex, fast-paced environment; completed food safety/sanitation training; must be 21 years of age or older; basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel; general knowledge in full-service restaurant operations/hospitality industry; strong organization and planning skills; strong operational skills in a customer-service and hospitality environment; strong coaching skills; intermediate mathematical computation skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing; ability to build relationships at all levels; ability to handle confidential and sensitive information; ability to manage changing priorities
