Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Hooters of America LLC is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join Hooters of Murfreesboro, managing various areas of responsibility within the operation including Hospitality, Guest Satisfaction, Safety, Cleanliness, Drink Presentation, and Atmosphere. The role involves assisting the General Manager in ensuring efficient operations, selecting and developing employees, handling business administration, and promoting business growth and brand integrity.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment; completed food safety and sanitation training; must be 21 years of age or older; basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel; general knowledge in full-service restaurant operations and hospitality industry; strong organization, planning, operational, and coaching skills; intermediate mathematical computations skills; clear and concise communication abilities; relationship-building skills; ability to handle confidential information and changing priorities; valid ServSafe alcohol certification for positions involving alcohol service
