Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: PJ Whelihan’s Restaurant & Pub in West Chester, PA is currently seeking Front of House Managers to play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. PJ Whelihan’s establishments are known for delivering exceptional guest experiences, featuring a wide selection of beers, including their signature PJW Copper Lager, and famous wings that have become a community tradition.
Requirements: At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant concept; ServSafe Certification required; Ability to lead using restaurant management guidelines; Proficiency in analyzing P & L statements and working within a budget; Friendly and approachable attitude with effective communication skills; Initiative, ‘can-do’ attitude, and willingness to learn and adapt quickly; Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities; Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling, time and attendance, and POS systems
