Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Twin Peaks, an establishment renowned for providing best-in-class service, hospitality, food, and beverage to every guest, is seeking a Manager to oversee the operations at their high-volume restaurant and bar. The Manager will be responsible for directing the work of store employees, managing costs, local marketing efforts, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements: Must have leadership experience in high-volume restaurants and/or bars. Ability to effectively communicate in English with Spanish communication skills being beneficial. Strong reasoning ability, including problem-solving and mathematical skills. Must attend orientation, complete manager training program, and comply with all required certifications and regulations.
