Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a leadership role required; minimum 2 years experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred; college and/or culinary schooling preferred; ability to manage multiple projects; strong interpersonal and communication skills; basic business math and accounting skills
