Address and resolve guest complaints swiftly and professionally, always aiming to exceed guest expectations. Regularly evaluate food quality and service, researching and implementing improvements and sourcing new vendors as needed. Manage staff schedules, performance, and development, providing constructive feedback and training to enhance team productivity. Forecast and manage inventory needs, including goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products, to ensure smooth operations. Enforce sanitation and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all health regulations. Enhance the restaurant’s image and reputation, suggesting and implementing strategies to boost community engagement and brand awareness. Control operational costs and identify strategies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency. Create and analyze detailed reports on revenue, expenses, and other key performance metrics. Promote the restaurant through local events and community engagement, leveraging word-of-mouth and social media to reach a broader audience. Implement and uphold policies and protocols to ensure ongoing operational success and a consistently high standard of hospitality.
