Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: The Capital Grille, located at 6000 West Glades Rd, Boca Raton, FL, is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead department-level restaurant operations. The manager will demonstrate leadership grounded in the Darden Core Values and drive consistent results through effective systems, methods, and procedures.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of current, salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service; Proven ability to develop teams; Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
