Requirements: 3+ years of restaurant industry experience; Prior management experience required; Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; Excellent interpersonal communication skills; Exceptional organization and leadership skills; Dependable, reliable, and able to work well under pressure; Must have a friendly, outgoing demeanor and work effectively with others; Strong work ethic and pride in work; Must possess a reliable means of transportation; Minimum 50-hour work week; Must exhibit respect towards co-workers
