Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: sweetgreen, a fast-casual restaurant chain, is seeking enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to join their team as Restaurant Managers (Assistant Coaches). The Assistant Coaches are integral in upholding sweetgreen’s values, fostering a welcoming environment, and delivering exceptional customer service to create a unique dining experience.
Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in a restaurant management role; Experience in fast-casual restaurant chains preferred; Managed and developed 25+ team members per shift; Passion for food and restaurant operations; Ability to lead, motivate, and build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment; Strong understanding and appreciation of local and organic products; Belief in and passion for sweetgreen’s core values
