Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Commonwealth Blue Ribbon Restaurants, LLC, a franchisee of Famous Dave’s of America, is seeking a Famous Manager to join their DMV market. The franchise group operates multiple locations in the Chicago, Detroit, Cleveland, and DMV metro areas, with significant growth in the past four years. They are looking for energetic, fun-loving individuals to contribute to the iconic Famous Dave’s brand.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 3 years’ experience managing in a high volume, full-service, casual dining environment; proven leadership skills; ability to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations; commitment to maintaining high food quality standards and company excellence; passion for leading a team to create exceptional guest experiences
