Requirements: More than two years of post high school education; Two to three years of full employment in a related position; Thorough knowledge of restaurant/hotel practices and procedures; Supervision/management communication skills; Ability to analyze information and make logical recommendations; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Knowledge of chemicals/agents for training purposes
