Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Sushi-san, a culinary-driven restaurant company, is set to open its fourth location in Nashville, bringing a unique dining experience with the freshest fish, signature maki, and a blend of traditional and innovative dishes crafted by Master Sushi Chef Kaze Chan. The establishment will offer a vibrant ambiance with golden-era hip-hop tunes, complemented by a diverse selection of sake and beer.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of restaurant management experience; ability to run shifts, lead daily operations, manage costs, and drive sales; experience in developing guest rapport and leading teams; flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and travel overnight if required; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
