Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Ranch House Grill is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team. The restaurant is located 15 minutes NW of Oro Valley, serving a customer service-driven dining operation. The manager will oversee daily operations, staff, and ensure efficient service to meet guest expectations.
Requirements: Primary job duties include supervising/overseeing daily operations and staff, scheduling employees, interviewing, hiring, and training staff, handling customer complaints, and ensuring operations within budgetary guidelines. The candidate must have 3+ years of F&B experience, prior supervisory experience, a Food Handler’s Card, Alcohol Serve training, knowledge of F&B operations, interpersonal skills, and general computer skills.
