Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Del Taco LLC. The independent franchisee is responsible for all employment related matters in the restaurant, including hiring, firing, and supervision. The Restaurant Manager reports to the Area Director and is responsible for protecting and delivering the Del Taco Brand to grow sales and maximize efficiency and profitability by leading the Del Taco Way.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years experience in QSR industry/full service concept; ServSafe Certified; fluent in English, Spanish is a plus; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and math skills; ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision; proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team and promote learning and career growth.
