Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional leadership and organizational skills; Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including industry trends and customer preferences; Strong business acumen with a focus on revenue generation, profitability, and cost control; Interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors; Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts professionally; Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
