Position: Restaurant Manager job

Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years of Restaurant Management experience; ability to direct and coordinate organizational goals and objectives; hands-on leadership style, able to build, coach, and develop a team, excellent interpersonal communication skills; exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills; detail-oriented with a focus on quality, willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays when the restaurant is open and as per business needs
