Requirements: 3+ years’ experience in a previous leadership position in luxury hotel banquets; an open, curious mind with a desire to deliver a tailored guest experience with a hospitality mindset every time; ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to the success of the hotel through engaging, developing, and mentoring individuals and the restaurant teams; willingness to learn and accommodate changes in the industry; strong ability to analyze data, product inventory, and control costs; a get-it-done approach and an entrepreneurial spirit; professional, yet comfortable with candid and open to and acting upon feedback – all with the guest and employee experience top of mind; exceptional communication skills with a keen eye for detail; highly responsive and collaborative, a team player who approaches work without ego
