Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume restaurant; Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including service standards and kitchen flow; Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team; Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software; Excellent problem-solving skills and a guest-oriented mindset; Experience managing inventory, labor, and food cost controls; Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
