Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: The Capital Grille, located at 840 W Sam Houston Pkwy N, Houston, TX, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead department-level restaurant operations. Requirements: A minimum of 2 years, current, salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service; Proven ability to develop a team; Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
