Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Del Taco, a fast-food chain known for its Mexican-inspired menu, is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to uphold and promote the Del Taco Brand while driving sales growth and ensuring operational efficiency. The Restaurant Manager will lead by example, fostering a service-oriented culture and maintaining Del Taco standards in all aspects of the restaurant.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years experience in QSR industry or full-service concept; ServSafe Certified; fluent in English, Spanish is a plus; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; organizational and analytical abilities; leadership and team motivation skills; ability to work under pressure and promote team development
