Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: Hooters of America LLC, known for its iconic concept and over 450 restaurants worldwide, is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager for Hooters of Columbus. This role involves managing various aspects of the operation, including hospitality, guest satisfaction, safety, cleanliness, and atmosphere. The Restaurant Manager will assist the General Manager in ensuring efficient operations in alignment with company policies and standards, promoting business growth, sales, and brand integrity while upholding Hooters’ core values: Show You Care, Elevate the Spirit, Respect Everyone, Value Feedback, and Exceed Expectations.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 2+ years of full-service restaurant management experience in a complex and fast-paced environment; completed food safety/sanitation training; at least 21 years old; basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel; general knowledge in full-service restaurant operations/hospitality industry; strong organization, planning, and operational skills in a customer-service environment; strong coaching skills; intermediate mathematical computations skills; clear oral and written communication abilities; relationship-building skills at all levels; ability to handle confidential information and changing priorities; valid ServSafe alcohol certification for roles involving the service of alcoholic beverages; legally required certifications before starting work at Hooters
