Position: Restaurant Manager job
About: The Capital Grille, located at 12169 Fair Lakes Promenade Dr, Fairfax, VA, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead department-level operations in a high-volume upscale restaurant setting. The successful candidate will embody and uphold the Darden Core Values, driving sales growth and profitability through effective leadership and execution.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years’ current, salaried management experience in a high-volume upscale restaurant or high-end resort restaurant; Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and guest service; Proven ability to develop teams; Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to excellent execution
