Requirements: Minimum of 2+ years of restaurant management experience and 5+ years of restaurant experience; excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations; extensive knowledge of upscale or fine dining service, sales skills, and the food industry; proficiency in supervising, training, and motivating employees at multiple levels; ability to assess and evaluate employee performance fairly and consistently; familiarity with revenue management and setting operational goals for restaurants.
