About: Hotel Marcel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is a historic rehabilitation and adaptive reuse of the mid-century modern Armstrong Rubber Company Building, originally designed by Marcel Breuer in 1967. The hotel is sustainable with LEED Platinum certification, solar power from the rooftop, and parking canopy arrays providing 100% of electricity for lighting, heating, and cooling. It is the first Passive House certified hotel and the first net-zero energy hotel in the United States. Requirements: Minimum of 3-5 years Restaurant Management; Ability to direct and coordinate the organization’s goals and objectives; Hands-on leadership style, able to build, coach, and develop a team, excellent interpersonal communication skills; Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills; Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays when the restaurant is open and based upon the needs of the business
